I have always loved all kinds of animals (dogs, horses & cats) - I intend purchasing/building a house in Mt. Martha next year. In the meantime, I am looking for house sitting opportunities around suburbs or country towns relatively close to Melbourne. I am quite adventurous and have lived on my sailing boat in the Whitsundays in North Queensland, while running a charter business from Shute Harbour. “Very happy to have Jean look after our home and pets during this Easter break. He was polite, communicative, clean and tidy. Pleased when we returned home late yesterday evening to a lovely clean house (even the linen had been washed) and two very happy dogs. He was accommodating and flexible about our change of plans. More than comfortable to recommend him for house and pet sitting and would love to have him return in the future.”

“Jean did a great job looking after my cat, ducks, house, and garden for 4 weeks while I was travelling. Pets were well cared for and he took initiative in maintaining the house - eg covering fruit with netting and putting in stakes for tomatoes. I came home to a very tidy house, which was much appreciated after a long 48hr return journey.”

He was respectful and considerate, going over and above to meet before the house/pet-sit and keep in touch while I was away. “We had the pleasure of Jean looking after our home , Gordon Setter and 3 cats for 5 weeks while we holidayed. He sent us lovely weekly updates and pictures and cared for the animals well. He even was able to stay a few extra days when our return was delayed. Happy to recommend.”
