We are a quiet, reliable and considerate couple who love animals. We've had pets all of our lives but sadly after losing our dear cat Chester, who we brought from Western Australia to Tasmania, we currently don't have a pet although next doors cat comes for pats and cuddles every day.
We understand how important it is to leave your much loved pets with peace of mind during your absence so
we will treat your pet(s) as if they were our own by giving them lots of love and attention.
Cats and small to medium dogs would be our preference but we will be willing to look after other small animals.
We understand that by leaving your pet(s) and home in our care it is a case of mutual trust.
We have always thought of our pets not as pets but always as loved family members.

“Peter and Margaret have been our house sitters from heaven. They went beyond the call of duty when one of our cats was sick while we were away. Without them, I’m sure the cat would have died. All our plants survived even during a very hot spell, which is better than when we’re at home ourselves. The house was immaculate on our return, food in the fridge and even a beautifully wrapped Christmas present and card. Their communication with us during our absence was fantastic. Peter and Margaret are exceptional people and I would not hesitate in recommending them for any House Sit. My only reservation is that if they become too popular, we won’t be able to have them back at our house again. We cannot thank you enough for the incredible job you did looking after our house and pets. Thank you so much..”

“Peter & Margaret are exceptional house sitters. On meeting we immediately felt comfortable with them. In the nearly 3 months we were away we were kept informed regularly with photos where necessary. The house was left spotlessly clean & tidy on our return and the garden well maintained - quite an achievement with the wet weather we had - Peter and Margaret went out of their way to accommodate any tasks we required and we would highly recommend them for a house sit as they are a lovely caring and trustworthy couple.”
