“My first time using a housesitter. We video called prior to discuss requirements etc, one being to provide a pet update every 2 days. I also wrote this on some info sheets I left about the pets/property. 5 days in... I'd heard nothing, so asked for an update. "Apologies, yeah they're fine" was it. "...Can I have some photos?" I asked. Despite the 'apology' a week passed before the next update, which I asked for again. Something felt off, which caused me some paranoia/worry while away... not what I needed! I know for a FACT that my friendly old Beagle wasn't walked once in 3.5 weeks, despite asking for this 2-3 times weekly. Cat was regularly let outside in the morning, against my instructions. Dog's peanut butter jar (which he loves) untouched. Despite this, the house was left clean/tidy, houseplants were happy, and no other issues.”

“Jaime-Ann is a delight to deal with. We had a good intro meeting for her to see the house and meet our pets prior to the stay. She’s a very responsive and clear communicator and we came home to very relaxed pets and a very clean and tidy home. Thank you ☺️”
