I am a casual primary teacher, my husband is a retired teacher.
We have owned our own homes: 5 acre property, a suburban house and a city flat.
Currently, we live in Midland in a small villa.
We have had chooks, fish and pet dog in the past. We like gardening, cooking, music and reading. We are non-smoking, neat and tidy house guests and have positive Mindahome reviews from the last two years while we were travelling in our caravan around WA, SA and Qld.
We are interested in short sits of weekends to 10-14 days to get our pet fix!

“I highly recommend Alix and Meic to care for your pets and home. From the moment they arrived Manny was totally relaxed around them. There was no need to introduce him to them, he was happy to see them and wouldn't leave Alix's side. I received regular updates while I was away and came home to a lovely clean house.”

“Sorry I have taken so long in putting in a review about the last people who stayed at my place. I can't fault Alix and Mike, what a lovely couple. They were great with my animals, ponies, chooks Penny the dog and even managed the frogs. All care was taken with my home and when a problem did arise, in this case with the caravan they managed it very well. Thank you”

“alix and her husband Mike were the perfect housesitters, we were initially very nervous and concerned as we had never used a housesitter before, however Alix and Mike made us feel at total ease by initiating a telephone call before we committed. Alix and Mike took great care of our little dog and our home and left the place immaculate. “Alix & Mike did a great job of caring for our fur baby and home. Our little girl was healthy and happy, our home and garden neat and clean. They were prompt in any dealings I had with them and sent updates with photos of our dog. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a sitter.”
