I am a mature, reliable, non-smoking house sitter. My care and attention to detail will provide you peace of mind knowing that your home and much loved pets will be well looked after. I enjoy light gardening which will ensure your plants, inside and out, will be alive and well on your return. I have a genuine love for animals and will shower your pets with the care and attention they deserve, but don’t worry if they have a special diet I can be trusted to see it through. For your furry friends requiring regular exercise they will be glad to have me, an avid walker, looking after them. So rest assured, I will treat your home as if it were my own.

“Leonie did a wonderful job looking after our 4 dogs and 5 horses on 40 acres for a week - including coping with unexpected very heavy rain and muddy paddocks! She was calm and confident throughout and we came home to safe and happy animals and a very clean house. Very highly recommended.”

You cared for our farm and animals with so much care especially our border collie was the first time we left him with a stranger he was well cared for. Thank-you for vacuuming up all his malting hair and watering all the pot plants and feeding the fish it made our holiday stress free. I hope you can come back again on our next holiday.”

“It was a pleasure and very reassuring having Leonie to look after our home and pets. She was very approachable, respectful, communicated well and took great care of our two dogs, house and gardens while we were away. The dogs she treated as if they were her own taking them for daily walks and pampering them. Everything was left very neat and tidy would certainly be happy to have her back or recommend her to others. Very much a 5 star review”

“We couldn’t have asked for a better home and pet minder. Leonie was wonderful, and our very particular dog quickly warmed to and loved her. The house was spotless, the garden was happy and she even thoroughly weeded a very neglected patch. Leonie was responsible, reliable and kept us updated on the fun they were having. “I found Leonie very easy to converse with and my dog Darcy surprisingly quickly took to her. He can often be a little wary at first. In photos that were sent during my week away I could see he was very relaxed and comfortable. Leonie left my house in pristine condition and plants had been well looked after. I have already booked her for a second housesit.”

“Leonie looked after our two cats in our apartment for two weeks over Christmas and I cannot recommend her enough. She was communicative, followed the instructions and we came home to two happy, healthy cats and a clean apartment. She even managed to befriend our anxious cat who takes time to warm to strangers - he ended up snuggling on her bed every night! Thank you Leonie, we hope to have you housesit again.”

“Leonie spent 4 weeks at our house and she was fantastic, she took amazing care of our border collie, our indoor plants, our garden and our house was spotless when we got home.
