Hi, my name is Angela and l have been a Kindergarten Assistant at a local Preschool for the last 17 years. My husband Dieter does something far less exciting! We have a son, Oliver, who is 25 years old and has almost finished his Masters in Psychology, yay. We have enjoyed airbnb's for many years (and have excellent reviews) and when a friend mentioned "mindahome" we thought it could be a great way to combine our love of exploring new places and our love of animals. Sadly we are currently dog lovers without a dog. We lost our beloved Daphne, a rescued Maltese cross, in February 2022. We are not quite ready to give our hearts to another doggie, but have very much enjoyed looking after friends pooches. We are respectful and tidy and very mindful of the trust homeowners are extending when they allow us into their homes, and especially their pets care. We have both obtained National Police Checks in the last six months and are happy to provide references (if you know of a way to access our airbnb reviews that would be great.) We hope this is the beginning of something fabulous for everyone, a true win/win. Sorry no pussycats, my husband is allergic.
P.S We are non smokers and would prefer to mind homes/pets in non smoking households. The "mindahome" website has advised that if we are homeowners to make note of that, so yes, we are homeowners who have happily lived in Mitcham Victoria for the last 15 years.
