I'm an experienced house sitter and can take care of all kinds of animals (I'm mostly used to dogs and cats).
I also am very comfortable with large dogs as well as taking care of elderly animals.
I work from home and plan on being nomadic during holidays while I recharge my batteries for the new year. Hence the house sitting gig.
I would prefer to house sit in a house rather than an apartment as I'd like a decent amount of space to be able to work from home.
Your home will also need to be clean (I will return it back just as clean) and mold free as I'm allergic :-) A tiny amount of normal mold you'll find in bathrooms or in typical weatherboard homes for instance is fine but nothing major.
