We’re Can and Jodie, passionate animal lovers and dedicated house sitters who find joy in caring for pets as if they were our own.
Until we have our own, house sitting lets us experience the special bond that animals bring which is so important to us. We’ve been house sitting throughout Australia on three trusted platforms, backed by excellent references and current police checks to give you complete peace of mind.
We are new to Mindahome but can share reviews from other websites on request.
Caring for animals is at the heart of who we are. We’ve rescued many dogs in the past when living in Bali, going above and beyond to give them the love and care they deserve. Our experience has deepened our understanding of animals' needs (especially with anxiety and trauma), and we are committed to making sure they feel safe, and happy. However please note we are not comfortable with aggressive or big dogs.
With our young business keeping us mostly at home, your pets will always have our company, receiving plenty of affection, attention, and care throughout the day. From nature walks and playtime to those quiet moments of cuddles, your pets will feel loved and secure.
We’re non-smokers with no children, enjoying a peaceful lifestyle filled with nature walks, relaxing at home, and cooking healthy meals. We work online and just need a table for our laptops. We also need a queen or king-size bed for our comfort and place for our car and small trailer.
We never charge for pet care, daily walks, or home maintenance. We simply ask that utility bills are covered during our stay and that your pets’ food is provided while you’re away.
