Hello!

We are Hermand and Rose-Anne.

We have been married for about two years now. While we were on an extended honeymoon overseas for 3 months, we had the positive experience of having someone look after our home. Now it's our turn to take care of someone else's home.

We have recently purchased land in the Mandurah-Peel region and are house-minding while land development and construction is underway.

More about us:
Hermand works full-time as a Communications Technician for a government entity, while Rosie works full-time in a research-based role.

We are both responsible, tidy people - and love animals. Rosie also especially enjoys spending time outdoors in the garden, so your plants will be well taken care of.

We are homeowners, and this gives us that added understanding of what it means to put your trust in someone to look after your home and those beloved animals to whom it is home as well.

- Experienced with dogs, cats, birds, tropical fish.
- We are non-smokers.

“OOPS, a little late posting this sorry R n H. ______________________________________ We came home after four weeks overseas (end Aug/Sept) to a happy Monty, which was our main goal. The house was tidy and sufficiently clean (I am soooo fussy, my problem) and the many many houseplants were still alive, phew! Rosie and Hermand are a truly delightful couple who are friendly and very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend them and hope to use their services again in 2025. Thank you both!”

“Rose Anne and Hermand was an absolute pleasure to have take care of our property whilst we were on our overseas holiday. It was nice to come home to a nice well kept clean home, happy and well looked after animals. All instructions were followed and communications were A1.
