I retired from nursing after 30+ years at the end of 2023 and looked forward to a slower pace that life offered.

With my Gypsy-lifestyle existence, l nursed in New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, and eventually Australia.

Working on the Goldcoast, the Outback, Mt Isa, Mornington Island, Doomadgee, via the Flying Doctors service, my last placement was as a Clinical Nurse in Cloncurry.

I have a recent Police Clearance Certificate.
I’m a non-smoker, trustworthy, friendly down to earth person.

“OH my Betty is a breathe of fresh air such a lovely compassionate housesitter. Max our old dog just adored her she treated him like a prince, lucky dog. We received photos of Max at the park which was an ease knowing how well he was cared for. “Betty was terrific as a house sitter and in caring for our jack Russell, Bandit. Our house was left clean and tidy and Betty was meticulous in her attention to detail. We have a very large garden that has a lot of sprinklers and she was great in keeping everything watered. Betty went beyond what we expected and weeded and tidied our garden, it looks much better than before we went away. She was lovely with Bandit, taking her out and about for walks and visits She also kept us informed with txt messages as to how it was going, which we were very grateful for as it was the first time we had been away and used a house sitter We would recommend Betty for any further positions she undertakes as a house and pet sitter, she was really good”
