Happy dog lovers (parents to two who stay in Tassie). We are home owners and have owned numerous rental properties, so appreciate any worries home owners may have. Clean and tidy non smokers and non drinkers. We enjoy an evening in front of the TV and are happy to spend the day in the garden. Looking to escape the Tasmanian winter and let the home owners escape to their desired holiday without having to worry about their home and pets.
We are available for sits from July to mid October.

“Dave and Helena were fantastic house minders. They went out of their way to really look after the house and the dog. Everything was spotless when we got home. Helena sent lots of reports and photos of Carla, the dog. The garden received more love than when we are here. Everything has been cared for and watered and even weeded. We would highly recommend Dave and Helena to anyone looking for a great house sitter.”

“Helena and Dave did a short house sit for us in 2024. They were very easy to communicate with from the start. They are a clean living, warm, open, honest, respectful and caring couple, salt of the earth people. We came home to everything just as we left it, a clean and tidy home and our dog Bella, 14 hens and plants were all very happy. We hand on heart, highly recommend them to anyone needing someone to care for their property and we will happily invite them back anytime. Caroline and Graham”
