We are a retired couple with two children and five grandchildren. We are both non smokers,healthy and active and enjoy walking, golf and bridge. We are proud homeowners and understand the need for reliable, trustworthy house sitters. Over the years we have had many pets including dogs, cats and birds. We are happy to travel anywhere within Australia and can guarantee the utmost care and respect for other people's property and pets.

“Steve and Marlene were great house and dog sitters for us. I have no hesitation in recommending them. When in Qld on a previous house-sit, Steve and Marlene took the time to come and visit us in advance of our trip. We could see immediately how Honey, our Labradoodle, was comfortable with them. Communications in advance of the trip were great. While we were away, their style was "no news is good news", so we didn't get regular updates but we knew that meant everything was going well. We came home to a very relaxed and happy dog and a clean apartment. We know the dog owners around our apartment complex and, upon our return, they mentioned that when they Steve and Marlene around the complex, they could see that Honey was happy. That's the best thing of all.”

“Steve and Marlene were excellent sitters. I met them prior to the stay- which I like to do. I found them to be a friendly, trustworthy and reliable couple. They looked after both dogs very well and the boyz were very happy pups - with no problems. We found Steve and Marlene to be very respectful of our home, which was also very well looked after and left clean and tidy. We recommend them for any future stays and would be happy to have them stay again. Thanks to you both!”

“Steve and Marlene were amazing. They house and dog sat for us for just over 4 weeks and we couldn’t be happier. Right from the start it was easy, great communication and everything was easily organised with them. Our two dogs were wonderfully taken care of. Even an unexpected trip to the vet was taken care of without any hassle. It was so wonderful to come home to a beautifully clean and organised house. Would definitely recommend these wonderful people.”
