I have retired, and now enjoy a new flexibility in my life. This includes extended travel both inside and outside of Australia. I am enjoying being a bit of a gypsy for the time being.
I grew up in regional NSW, in small country towns and on farms. I have lived in Brisbane, Sydney and Canberra, as well as a number of regional cities.
I love animals, and have had many dogs and cats of various breeds and with various needs. I am physically active, and can guarantee good walks for any dogs in my care. I like to include animals in whatever is going on as much as possible.
I have been housesitting for over a year on Mindahome and you will see positive reviews especially relating to my care of both homes and animals. I have a clear police check if required. I have done many housesits prior to this within my extended network including caring for dogs, cats, chooks, and birds.
I am a clean and tidy person, organised, reliable, responsible and a non smoker. My time is happily spent reading, walking, spending time in nature, birdwatching, drawing, gardening, catching up on the tennis, and learning new things. I am respectful of people’s property, possessions and privacy.
I am a homeowner, and am comfortable with day to day maintenance, cleaning, plant and garden care.
