We are a retired, responsible couple in our 70s. We are also non smokers. Our schedule is flexible, so we are available for short-term & long-term house sitting engagements.
We are experienced dog owners & have cared for young, elderly & specific care needs dogs. Our dogs were loved & part of our family, so we will be kind & caring to your pets. We also enjoy daily walks & outdoor activities, so can ensure that your pets have exercise & personal attention.
We would always treat each home with the utmost respect & follow all house rules/guidelines provided by the homeowners. We would not have house guests or dinner parties. We are very methodical in managing household tasks & routines, including schedules/instructions/ keeping appointments. We would be vigilant to ensure the safety & security of the home by regularly checking locks, alarms and other security measures as appropriate.
We would ensure that your home is kept tidy and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. It would be in the same or better condition on your return. We also have basic pool care & gardening skills & are capable of taking care of indoor & outdoor plants.
