Hi there,
I have been a teacher for around 37 years, but am currently on long service leave and looking at retiring towards the end of the year and focusing on creating picture books for children. In my earlier years I completed an animal management course and gained credit towards a veterinary nursing course. During my lifetime I have had many pets of my own and have had the pleasure of looking after other people’s furry friends too. The housesits I have done over the years have been for friends, word of mouth and also through another housesitting site which I have been on for years. I take pride in my own home and would do exactly the same for yours. Your pets would be treated with care and love. From time to time my teaching friend Lisa would be accompanying me on housesits, but I would always ask the homeowners permission for this. I look forward to hearing from you.

“Cynth is an absolute ray of sunshine. She sat for our very timid chug Millie and Millie loved her. She was out and about having coffee and walks. Cynth sent us pics of their outings and it was very comforting to know that she was in loving hands. Our house was immaculate when we returned and we would love to recommend Cynth to anyone who needs the perfect house sitter.”

“Cynthia it was a delight to have at our 70 acre property . The animals were looked after as we would have done . Looked over every day . Even kept in touch to update or ask for information on what extra could be done if needed. Cattle 18 in number moved to new paddocks as needed .sheep were lambing while away dealt with excellently . Chooks fed guinee fowl cared for as well. House kept in excellent condition . Couldn't of asked for better care thankyou very much Was nice to come home walk inside to our house exactly as we left it . 5 weeks away our animals and property was in good hands . Would have no hesitation recommending Cynthia Excellent. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

Our dog Sundance was so well cared for – we received regular updates and photos, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. Not only did Cynthia make sure Sundance was happy, walked, and well-fed, but she also treated our home with the utmost respect and left everything spotless. It was clear that Sundance bonded with Cynthia and was relaxed and happy when we returned. I would highly recommend Cynthia to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet/house sitter.
