Hi I’m a single male , currently on long service leave for 6 -12 months.
I love animals and do volunteer work at the RSPCA in my spare time. I’m definitely in my happy place where spending time with dogs, walking, playing or just laying on the couch or in bed with them brings a smile to my face. I also look after cats and have fostered a few from the RSPCA providing temporary care until they find their forever home.
I’m clean and tidy non smoker, your fur babies will be in safe hands.
I enjoy gardening, hiking, walking and travelling. I’m an assistant director with the government just talking some time off.

“We came home to a happy and healthy dog (Snoopy) and the house was very clean. Jamie shared some photos and videos with us whilst we were away and Snoopy looked like he was very happy and having a great time with Jamie. The pool was clean and the garden was looked after as well. We would have no hesitation in asking Jamie if he is available for house and dog sitting in the future and would highly recommend Jamie as a sitter to others. Thank you Jamie, it was nice to come home knowing that everything was well taken care of. 10 out of 10.”

“We had no concerns about James looking after our fur babies due to his previous volunteer work at RSPCA. James attended our home prior to the stay commencing. Oscar and Daisy Mae were instantly drawn to him and showed a lot of affection. Throughout the stay we received constant updates about the fur babies and our home. Will definitely reach out in the future for further stays. Highly recommend James to anyone”

“We were truly impressed by Jamies’s dedication to caring for our two senior doggies, giving them the same attention and affection he would his own dogs. He gave us regular updates with photos to give us peace of mine our doggies were being well cared for while we were away. Our doggies definitely missed Jamie’s company when we arrived home and looked for him in the guest room… Jamie also mowed our lawn & maintained our garden so we could relax when we came home and this was very much appreciated. We would absolutely recommend Jamie to care for your pets when you are away from home!”

“Jamie did a fantastic job looking after my 2 doggos. He put my mind at ease, answered all my questions, phone chat and even arrived early to spend time with me & my dogs before I went away. Jamie was kind, caring & incredibly patient with my anxious dog, as well as dealing with my hairy husky blowing her coat. He coped days of North Queensland rain, humidity & heat and still managed to get the lawns mowed. Great communication from the start, through out & after the sit. I came home to two very happy, relaxed and well looked after pups. My dogs & I would happily welcome Jamie back to look after them again in the future.”
