Lisa and Chanelle mother and daughter team we are people who are both single quiet professional trustworthy reliable we both love all pets we are both very house proud and we definitely will keep your home immaculate and happy to water outside and indoor plants we both don't work so we can give 100% of our time to your fur babies we sometime do job separate to help people take the stress off to find someone we are very passionate Italian foodies we also enjoy hobbies walk hiking we try to look after our physical and emotional health we have lots of experience with dogs & cats especially neglected animals we also have had experience different breeds dogs and cats we have police checks current and have a reference that we will provide. “Lisa & Chanelle were absolutely reliable. Both of them cared for our fur baby, Cortez, and home meticulously. They kept us informed on a day to day basis through messages, photos and videos. “Chanelle & Lisa took great care in looking after our two pups for 13 days at our beach house in Rye. Chanelle & Lisa were warm, friendly, trustworthy and a delight to deal with. They have a sense of pride and professionalism when taking care of animals and your home. We had many beautiful photos sent and wonderful communication. On returning home the house was left in immaculate condition. We would have no hesitation in recommending Chanelle & Lisa to care for your home and animals and look forward to our next holiday knowing that our pups are in safe hands.”

“Our experience with Chanelle and her mother, Lisa, as pet sitters was frustrating, unprofessional, and stressful. We hired Chanelle to care for our two dogs while overseas, the day before leaving, she informed us that only her mother would be staying—a last-minute change we were forced to accept. Problems started immediately. While we were still on the plane, Lisa bombarded us with basic questions, including how to use the air conditioning. Without permission, she invited a neighbour into our home, which was a blatant invasion of privacy. By Day 2, she requested to use our swim spa, despite clear instructions against it. We returned to find the water level altered, raising suspicions. Day 3, a newly installed metal door was bent and damaged and came off its hinges, showing complete disregard for our property. This entire experience was stressful and unacceptable—we strongly advise against using their services.”
