About Me
I’m a practical, independent professional with a genuine love of animals and extensive experience caring for homes, gardens, and pets.
I’ve completed approximately 8 months of house sitting on the Sunshine Coast in 2025, including several multi-week and month-long stays. I’ve also travelled to more than 40 countries and completed many house and pet sits, giving me broad, practical experience caring for homes, caravans, gardens, pools, and a wide range of animals — including dogs, cats, chickens, horses, and fish.
Growing up with dogs gave me a solid grounding in handling larger breeds, and I’m confident supporting pets that are older, anxious, or a little fearful, always with a calm and gentle approach.
I’m reliable, respectful, tidy, and easy to communicate with. My goal is simple: you return to a clean home, healthy pets, and thriving plants — and enjoy peace of mind while you’re away. I’m very comfortable caring for homes that need attention to detail and following routines such as plant care, watering schedules, and outdoor maintenance. I enjoy peaceful, well-set-up, house-proud environments and treat every sit as though it were my own home. I also know what to do after a power outage.

I work part-time as a mental health researcher (Tues–Thurs) and have flexibility to spend plenty of time at home. I’m a non-smoker with my own transport, and I value the companionship and steady routines that pets bring.
