I am an over 70 retired business owner. Enjoying good health, active, fit non smoker. Animal lover and experience as a previous owner of cats, dogs, horses, chickens, cattle (including dairy). I am currently involved on a voluntary basis doing maintenance work and cleaning at Community Radio 3RPC in Portland Victoria. As a part of this community work I have recently negotiated and manage an agreement with the managers of an over 55 retirement village and caravan park in Portland to collect discarded 10c refundable containers which are then processed through the local collection centre where the refunds are automatically transferred into 3RPC's bank account, helping the station that receives no government funding to remain financially viable. My peers would describe me as friendly with a happy disposition, a willing worker, house trained, clean, tidy and well organised. I take pride in being reliable, punctual and dependable, and you can be assured if you engage me, your home and much loved pets will be cared for and maintained as you would expect.
