We are a married couple, Our occupations, Andrew a police officer (prosecutor) and Kimbra (culinary teacher) have had responsible and demanding occupations.
We love house sitting and minding pets, which gives us the opportunity to embed ourselves into local communities, and enjoy the experiences offered in those different areas.
We both love animals and have had some dogs and cats of our own, and after they passed away decided not to get another pet due to our intention to travel extensively in our caravan. We are looking forward to loving other people’s pets via this platform to get the occasional fix of pats and cuddles being with a dog or cat – perfect.
We have both owned and run our own 'side hustle' of being private caterers, and catering for large weddings, birthdays etc. Kimbra is a professional chef and Andrew is also a baker. In the hospitality industry, there is an acute need for ‘attention to detail’ which is how we will look after your property. We ran our own AirBnB for 10 years, that was well patronised and kept us busy.
As far as our needs for us to look after your house and pets while your away, all we ask is for a suitable space for a caravan (if needed and if so: water hookup to the van) (the van uses minimal power, and is mostly obtained from solar inputs) some instructions on what is needed to look after your place, and pets, and contact information for either yourself or a responsible person for the house in the unlikely event of an emergency.
While you're away, we will look after your property and pets to the attention to detail that you give to them yourself.
