I’m mature age, honest, trustworthy and fit, and I don’t smoke and rarely drink. I have a soft spot for all animals, nature, and our beautiful planet. I have owned cats, dogs(kelpies, border collies & labradors), birds & horses throughout my life. I live on the Sunshine Coast and I have plenty of pet sitting experience. I am house proud and will keep your home clean and tidy. I’ll give your pets lots of love, care and exercise as required and will also care for any plants and garden. I enjoy gardening, and aim for living organically and sustainably if possible. I have attached references and recent clean police check to my profile. I love pet sitting because it is an opportunity to see our beautiful country on a budget and meet wonderful new people along the way.
As of November, 2025, I have purchased a 6 metre long motorhome which is a little longer than a car. It is not 4wd. So your property and access roads would need to be easily manageable.
I prefer country pet sits or rural outlooks, and if your home has a pool or a natural swimming spot that is walking distance, that would be a bonus.

“From first contact unit the end of the stay, Wendy kept us very well informed. We received photos and regular updates on our dogs. We returned to find our home exactly how we had left it and wouldn't have known anyone had been staying in it. We found Wendy to be kind and caring and would highly recommend her for your home/pet sit. Thank you Wendy you allowed us to go away and not stress about our fur babies.”

“I would highly recommend Wendy. She looked after my pets really well. The communication was easy and thorough. She gave me regular updates on how the pets were doing with messages and photos. They were very relaxed when we got home. The house was tidy and the plants were watered. I would definately consider her to come and pet sit again.”

“Wendy was an absolutely amazing house sitter! She was so kind and caring with our 6 fur babies, winning over even our most unsocial furry friend. Wendy sent regular updates and photos of our babies while we were away, and kept in touch the whole time. She also left our house tidier than when she arrived, cleaning our sheets and remaking the bed before she left too - which was absolutely amazing after arriving home late in the evening. We highly recommend Wendy to anyone needing a house sitter. Knowing that she was with our babies when we couldn't be, gave us complete peace of mind. Thank you so much once again Wendy!”

“I would highly recommend Wendy as a Pet and House Sitter. Wendy looked after my two cats, family dog and an extra work dog. Arrangements were easy to make, and Wendy was punctual on arrival, kept in contact at all times and sent regular updates and photos. She checked in with any queries and I felt confident in knowing that my pets were well cared for. We arrived home to a clean and tidy house and happy pets. I would be very happy if all house sitters were as good as Wendy.”

“Wendy was very punctual and correct during our arrangement. Due to the heavy rains we had she did not need to water our gardens but the deck cushions got drenched as very strong gusts blew the rain in and Wendy managed to get everything dry again. She was thoughtful leaving dinner out for us to reheat on our late return home. Can highly recommend her.”
