The Traveling Carer Reviews

A recent decision to rent out my house and go traveling, is giving me this opportunity to visit different places while house/pet sitting at the same time.

I’m originally from the Gold Coast (born and bred) and will come back to visit frequently but in the meantime, the world is my oyster.

As much as I love exploring, I’m also very much a home body. Gone are the party days and staying out all night. I would rather nothing more than to snuggle up with a fur baby for the evening.

I love all animals but mostly cats and small dogs.
I’ve sat for my friends and family on many occasions and love to make the pets feel comfortable while their humans are away.

I am a non-smoker, non-drinker, non-drug taker and I have a police check (no criminal record) I can send you if you wish. Plus screenshots of reviews from other pet sitting websites.

If you happen to leave a car available for me to drive, you might like to know that I have an impeccable driving record as I was previously a driving instructor here on the Gold Coast, so your car will be well looked after.

Feel free to ask me any questions and would love to have a chat with you to see if I’m a good fit for your fur baby.

Sandra is a pleasure to meet. It was love at first sight for my retriever. And she was the kitty whisper with my bengal. The house was left clean and tidy, and she sent me lots of pictures and videos. Thank you Sandra for taking care of my fur babies.

Sandra looked after my house and cat, Pushka, for two weeks. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Sandra kept me in touch and obviously was very fond and caring of Pushka, however Cyclone Alfred decided to "blow in" three days before my return causing the skylight dome to relocate to my back yard, leaving a huge hole in the roof and the torrential rain poured into the bathroom. Sandra spent 45 minutes on the phone, at 3am, in the pounding rain (to get reception) trying to connect with SES which she eventually did. Considering the situation I came home to a calm house (although a lot of wet towels?!) and a happy "Pushka". I really appreciate the way Sandra handled the dilemma, securing all outdoor furniture, pots etc., she endured being without power for three days and very poor phone reception. I wish her well with future "Sits". Thanks Sandra!
