Hi there

I work in the public service and am flexible in my workplace. I have my own home, and have just returned after a wonderful 10 month journey around Australia. I did house sitting in Adelaide during that time. I even went back to say hi to one cat.

I can’t have pets in my place, so I am most happy to care for yours.

I have been guardian for 6 senior cats over the past 9 years, all who were medicated. I grew up with cats, dogs, rabbits and chickens.

I do not smoke and only drink socially.

As a home owner I understand the stress of having a stranger in your home, looking after your loved ones.

Weekends away suit me fine.

“Katina cared for our home and 2 Siamese cats whilst we were away for almost 6 weeks. She unexpectedly needed to be away for 5 nights and Peter filled in whilst she was away. Both cats require medication and Katina and Peter managed this well. During our time away, Ken had a urinary tract infection during the night and Katina dealt with this well – keeping him calm till morning and taking him to the vet first thing. Katina is obviously a cat person and both cats became very fond of her. We arrived home to happy cats, as well as a very clean and tidy house and garden. Sheets and towels were washed and the bed remade. Milk and bread in the fridge was appreciated as we arrived home late at night. We would be happy for Katina and Peter to sit for us again.”

“Katina and Peter took care of our home and greyhound Charlie for almost four weeks while we were away. They are lovely people and communication from the beginning was excellent. We received regular updates and photos of Charlie which was reassuring to us and our home was left spotless when we returned. We could not recommend Katina and Peter more highly and hope they will come again”

“The care and love that Katina And Peter gave our cats whilst we were away was incredible. The cats were so happy and chilled. Katina gave Jet his medicine and Lulu even let her belly scratch with is a huge deal, Katina is certainly a cat whisperer. Came home and the house was absolutely sparkling too. Highly highly recommended Katina and Peter they are super friendly, trustworthy and keep you updated. They make you feel at ease whilst away knowing your pets and home are being looked after so well.
