“On arriving home, Mr Kitty complained loudly and it took some time for me to calm him. I was disappointed to find that Mr Kitty's kitty litter tray had not been cleaned out and he was "holding on" until he had a clean tray. Mr Kitty had been fed and watered, but not brushed which he loves. He had chucked up several hairballs in my bedroom which were not cleaned up. Ella communicated well with me which I appreciated.”

“If I could rate 0 stars, it would be more accurate. Unfortunately I had to leave before Ella could arrive to my house, and so I trusted her to make her way in thru the back door and the keys were inside. Rookie mistake, I know. She agreed to come to my place at 5pm. I asked to call- She declined and said she doesn’t answer calls and she isn’t available to FaceTime. That was the first red flag. Then I ask her to please let me know that she had arrived, especially worried about my dog. She was quite upset about the fact that I asked to call. By the time it got to 8pm, I asked her if she had safely arrived, but again, no answer. I had to cancel the sit and find someone else. Absolutely no reassurance and made me so damn anxious.”
