Some quick facts: We are Klay (M35) and Nicola (F33), and very recently happily married. I work from home in tech and love it, and Nicola is a qualified horticulturalist who specialises in boutique property maintenance. Non-smokers and non-drinkers.
We've recently returned from living and working in Europe for the past year and are now looking to immerse ourselves in communities around Australia with the hope of finding somewhere we might one day call home!
I (Klay) grew up on a farm and am very familiar with working with stock among all the other handy things you learn trouble shooting on a farm. Nicola lived and worked on a stunning property as the primary care-taker of the gardens and the animals that lived on it. We've both had and lived with dogs and cats throughout our lives, and while our current lifestyle does afford them with us, we so love having the opportunity to look after and meet other peoples pets :-)
I'm a passionate runner, so if your dogs love exercise then I will be sure to keep them active. I work from home too, so will more than likely be around day-to-day as company. We both will likely spend a lot of time outside in your garden (if that is the case) so if you have an outside dog, again, they'll be well loved.
While we are yet to have done a house stay, as mentioned we have previous experience doing non-formal but the same things, as well as many 6+ week stay positive reviews from AirBnB.
