Hi there, I am a mature, honest, dependable and active 66 year old female retiree. I have moved from New Zealand to Queensland to be close to my family in Capalaba Redlands. I have a reliable car and with my change of lifestyle I would like to get out and about to meet people and see new places. House / pet sitting seems to be a great opportunity to do this and follows on from my experience as a dog walker and carer in my own home in New Zealand.
I may just be who you are looking for with flexible availability to suit your needs and to give you comfort and peace of mind to know your home is secure, clean and tidy and your treasured pets have a companion and are well cared for with their usual routine while you are away.
I have experience as a property manager and have also been a landlord myself for many years. This has given me a real understanding of the importance of having trustworthy people to invite into my home.
I have references, police check and proof of identity on Mind a Home website. Contact details are available on request to follow up. I am also drug and smoke free.
I travel with my own home comforts bringing my bedding, linen and kitchen equipment to cause the least disruption to your home as possible.
I am happy to provide regular updates and photos while you are away.
Once we have made phone contact and you choose to move forward with me, we can arrange a day and time for me to come and meet you at your home in person prior to confirming any bookings.
We can complete and sign a house sitters agreement from the website to ensure both parties are clear in their expectations. Alongside this I would also expect written instructions to be left that inform me of your usual routine with feeding, exercise, any medications or health issues etc and vet and emergency contact details.
My aim is to provide professional and quality service with respect and privacy that you can depend on and are happy to continue as a repeat client.
