“I bought the Lion’s Mane capsules from Mindful Extracts for my mum, as we’ve been quite concerned about her memory lately. While she hasn’t been officially diagnosed with anything, she had been struggling with her memory and brain fog. I wanted to try something natural before going down any heavier medical routes. After a few weeks of taking it consistently, we’ve both noticed some really encouraging changes. She seems more mentally alert and focused. She’s even said she feels more motivated and clear-headed throughout the day. It’s obviously not a miracle cure, but it does feel like it’s making a real difference, and for something natural and gentle, that’s all I could ask for. I also really appreciate how clean and trustworthy the brand feels. It has no nasty fillers, and the packaging is simple and professional. Definitely planning to continue with it and see how things go over the longer term.”

“I like that you are transparent about lab results, this is very crucial for me. I love the 4:1 Lion's Mane extract, I like this ratio. I've been noticing some cognitive improvements. Hoping to see even more with continued use.”
