“They don’t do anything! Should I take 2 at one time? I’ve been taking one in the morning and one at night. I’ve been conned!! Haha I thought this would happen.”

Hi Amanda, for some people Ashwanganda can work very quickly, within a couple of days. For others it can take a couple of weeks to see the full benefits, this is because Ashwanganda is a cumulative adaptogen and takes time to build up your system. Feel free to get in touch for more advice on dosing and getting the most out of your supplement.

“I`m a new boy to the company and I wanted to experience the health benefits of Ashwagandha. The capsules arrived promptly and sensibly packaged, without any fillers. As the roots of this plant have been used for several thousand years in India I wanted to join the `bandwaggon`. At 89 years my body could do with better sleep and keep away any rheumatism. I was interested to find photos of the plant`s roots. We all deserve good clean intake to overcome the poor results from years of ingesting less healthy processed foods.”
