“Didn't have good luck with part, it exploded on me while driving out of town. Only 6 months old will casual driving. Luckily for me I had seen a tiny leak start and the new one I sourced locally arrived the day of my drive so I repaired on the road. Local mini enthusiasts told me they'd had similar problems with this particular part (manufacturing quality) and told me I should have sourced it from another supplier.”

We had an isolated issue with one supplier in 2017, as soon as this was brought to light we changed the supplier and have had no issues since.
From our records it shows that you bought this part in 2017, meaning it is unfortunately no longer covered under warranty.
