I’m sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your order - please could I ask if you contacted us about your issues?
I have discussed this with our Sales Manager who has asked if you would like us to exchange the jug for the one that you ordered?
We’d also like to apologise for the damage to one of the items, we take the upmost care when packaging orders in the hopes of them being received in the same condition they’re sent in, unfortunately on this occasion this hasn’t happened. Please could you send us photos of the damage? Also, was the packaging damaged when you received your order?
