“The oil filters are as ordered and in perfect condition. The processing was slower than I would like. The main issue was the increase in the postal charges after we had agreed a price and I had paid in full. Once I have paid the agreed price I consider that it is a contract. In the same way that I cannot reduce the price, the supplier should not increase it. All contacts are 50/50 according to the law.”
