“After a long wait for delivery ( and having placed a number of phone calls to enquire about delivery ) received the parts AFTER my trip to Turin !!....and what has happened to the grease as supplied with the previous order ( same retail price but no grease ?? ) and the split pin supplied is an incorrect size too ....??? being new into Mini motoring I chose you boys as "The Experts" ...what are you doing to me ?.....I am also still awaiting a reply from your "Ask Us"page re. torque figure for wheel nuts... sharpen up boys ! P.S I had my own major retail motorcycle dealership for 32 years so know what it takes.”
