I can confirm that our radiators are not reconditioned. They are in fact new from the supplier.
Could we please ask why you thought that it was reconditioned? We've had a look at one in stock and we could see no issues. If there is an issue with your unit, please do let us know and possibly send a photo if you could please , so we can reach a solution.
