“Despite having an impressive test certificate this alternator had no output at all. Fault verified on return. Slow processing of return unit resulted in delay of one more week which then clashed with a pre-booked holiday so delivery further delayed. Hope I get the return carriage back!”

We're sorry to hear that you had an issue with this part, however having looked in to this I believe we have already organised a replacement unit to be sent out to yourself - this is marked as don't deliver before 15th Feb, I believe this has been set by yourself?
In regards to return carriage, we are more than happy to sort this for you if you would send us a copy of your return postage receipt please.
