“The kit took three weeks to be delivered and when it arrived the silencer of the exhaust had a surprising amount of cosmetic damage to it. When I contacted Mini Sport they said all the other kits had similar damage so a replacement couldn't be sent out. When fitting the kit the welds on the exhaust manifolds interfered with the washer and nuts to fit it to the engine block, meaning I had to file down the welds. Also the installation instructions were poor with minimal information which meant I had to look for additional information on line from one of their competitors.”

We're very sorry to hear that you are not happy with your Stage 1 Tuning Kit.
I have discussed the issues you have raised with our Sales Manager Mick who has advised me that unfortunately the silencers sometimes do arrive from the suppliers with light scratching in the paint - however that this will not effect the performance of the part. With regards to filing down the welds, we're very sorry however it would have been better to modify the washers if needs be, as to not negatively impact the strength of the welds.
