These luxurious shaggies are machine woven with a 100% polypropylene pile which is soft, comfortable and even thicker than many of our wool shaggy rugs. They are also very durable, easy to clean, and have the benefit of no pile shedding (fluff).Reference:12753/OW

“I am very pleased with the rug, though am still confused as to why I had to pay 20% import tax. I have been informed that this item should by law have been exempt. I have purchased many such items from UK to France and have not paid import tax. This is the first time. I wrote to ask why but did not get a satisfactory response. Maybe someone could please explain?”
