“Would not recommend buying this wool rug. There is a huge amount of shedding which results in hoover blocking, thus resulting in having to handbrush rug. When I contacted customer services I was told this was normal for a wool rug but would settle down with time. I have had my rug for six months but still have exactly the same amount of shedding. I think it should be made clear on website this can happen with wool rugs. The only good thing about rug was the colour. A total waste of money. My previous rug purchased from Modern Rugs was not wool and I was extremely happy with it. Mrs Ross, Glasgow”
