“Absolutely diabolical customer service. Rug not as stated. Colours nothing like picture. Hard to return item and then no refund as accusations that we damaged it so we could send back. Despite fact we had pics of rug in perfect condition b4 it left us. Avoid like the plague”

As per our returns policy, we are not liable for any damage during transportation from a currier which was arranged by the customer.
