“Extremely thin, you could feel the webbing under your feet through the rug. Would not recommend these rugs. I asked if I were to return all 3 rugs and placed another order for 3 different rugs at a higher value, would they be able to collect the rugs I wanted to return at the same time as they delivered the more expensive rugs, I was told NO. Therefore I was quite annoyed at the attitude, decided to go elsewhere and bought 3 more rugs from another supplier and returned to Rugs at a cost to me of over £25.00 in the past I have spent over £600 with Modern Rugs. I thought from a customer service focus, had they offered to pick up returning rugs and deliver 3 more expensive rugs to me they would have been pleased at a much larger value order, Alas, at a loss to Modern Rugs, another supplier provided a better product and I purchased from elsewhere. In the past Modern Rugs have been great customer service, unfortunately at this time, they were not up to standard, hence the 1 star only.”
