“I chose the Vintage Keshan rug because the design included various colours that I thought would go well in my room, however the overall effect was duller and a darker beige than it looked online and I had to return it. It's quite expensive to return a rug but I can't fault the company's delivery and collection service, and when I contacted them by email I received a reply very promptly.”
