“Really wanted this to be a 5 star review - as when the rug itself arrived it was stunning but after having only a few months the pattern has totally disappeared apart from the bits under the sofa basically the rug looks a dirty cream colour now with no pearly /silver pattern we have a no shoe policy in our house and we have a shark so it switches to the right mode when it's on hard floor/carpet so I dont know why this has happened it's a real shame to have to leave a bad review but we have to be honest as its alot of money for others to spend and for it to happen again”
