“I never received this mat, the company took the money from my bank account at the time of order, however weeks later when I enquired as to what was happening about my order I was informed that their supplier hadn’t sent them one, I contacted their supplier who stated they hadn’t been asked to supply one. This went on backwards and forwards for another few weeks, until I gave up as neither company ever returned a call and each was blaming the other, therefore I cancelled my order and asked for my money to be refunded, which they did immediately, with no apology and they didn’t seem to care that a sale had been cancelled due to their ineptitude.
I would never deal with either company again as they have absolutely no interest in customer relations.”
