“I never received my rug or any compensation. Worst experience I have ever had with an online company. They had put the wrong image next to the name resulting in me receiving the incorrect rug twice. I had to take off work twice to allow for UPS collection. I then never received my correct rug as it apparently didn’t exist, after three months of back and forth and incorrect rugs being delivered. I still haven’t receive an apology or any remuneration.”
