“Delivery of the rug was rather sluggish but arrived strongly packed and proved a challenge to open. The rug obviously had been rolled for transportation purposes but had been squashed in transit. This left a series of creases every few inches across the full length of the item and really needed a strong cardboard tube inside the roll to prevent this from occurring. However the rug has been on the floor for a week and the folds are deminishing and will be when thoroughly flat, a pleasing and most satisfactory floor covering.”
