“Rug looks really nice, though I will be happier when it stops shedding red fluff everywhere :) Assuming DOES stop shedding the rug was very good value for money!”

“I have already mentioned the excessive fluff. Additionally, there appears to be a number of stray strands in the rug which clearly should not be there as they are not the right colour. If the fluff issue doesn't settle within the next week I am thinking of making return & refund arrangements. Luckily I have kept my previous rug.”
