Hi Katie, our Moisture Wicking undies do not absorb any fluid, they wick away moisture on the skin. If you require more coverage, we'd recommend our Light-Moderate absorbency in our Active Brief (This will hold 10mls of fluid in the gusset, as well as wick moisture away from other areas).
