“These pants were very comfortable on. I bought them with the intention of dropping disposable pads. I have very heavy periods so just wanted a back up plan for leaks etc. usually a light pad is suitable for this. The absorbency for these pants is good but it doesn’t appear to extend far enough forward to catch all leaks. I would still recommend but just bear this in mind”
