“I have endometriosis and inflammatory bowel disease. Periods are hell for me as everything is swollen and sore. I usually change my sanitary wear at least ten times a day otherwise I leak. Tampax are often uncomfortable and towels are messy and not fit for purpose. It's not uncommon to wake at night in a puddle of my own blood over my bed covers. I was sceptical that a product like this would be able to cope with my heavy flow. But oh my word. I feel a bit emotional ( sorry if it sounds ott) but this has changed my life. They are amazing. Comfortable and for the first time in 20 years I have been able to almost forget I'm on my period. It makes me feel hopeful that my two daughters won't have to go through the same barriers I have done.”

“This was my first ever time using period underwear, as I usually use pads. However nights are my worst time and having Endometriosis means I usually end up getting up in the middle of the night to change these. So I was interested to try these. I went for the 'sensual' ones with a high waist and they just felt like a big pair of knickers. They were comfy overnight and although I didn't have a particularly heavy flow on the night I used them I was dry all night and didn't wake up once. I will definitely look at getting some more of these products for the day time and lighter flow as they were really convenience.”

“I bought these, somewhat dubious because of the bombardment from social media advertising. However I am pleasantly surprised. They are not bulky, if your heavy I’d say only wear the heavy ones for 12-14 hours. After that they start to feel heavy and it feels more like a nappy. They aren’t sweaty and generally make having your period more practical!”
“I tried a menstrual cup, but that went terribly wrong so up against the clock before Mrs P was due to arrive I ordered a bundle of these knickers in the hope they would be well worth the money. Thank goodness, they arrived quickly and just in time and I was so happy. They are true to size, really comfy, there is no leakage at all, no smell and it was the first time I've had my period and not felt well and truly put out with having to change pads/toilet trips/take supplies with me everywhere. Very very pleased and just hoping they stand the test of time which will make them well worth the expense.”
