“I bought a starter pack for my daughter (who was just starting her periods) and I (near the end!) to try and we are both very very impressed. After an initially feeling of being not sure with the little thickness in the pants that ran up the back of your bum a bit we soon got used to it. We also got into a rhythm pretty quickly with washing and drying. We both were unsure initially with trusting the pants with heavy flow but we also quickly got used to it and began to trust the pants! I’m about to buy more after realising the tampons on and pads we had stocked up on for our last periods have sat in the box completely unused - we are officially converted to Modi period pants - my only regret? “Love these - they're more green than blue, but that doesn't really matter. The waist band on these makes them so comfy, I was worried it'd stretch out of shape after washing, but no, it's absolutely fine. Very comfy to sleep in and not chunky or noticeable under clothing. They obviously are bigger than normal undies but these are a lot more discreet than other brands I've tried. Very happy with purchase.”

Due to what I can only describe as aggressive periods, I used to go through pads rapidly, as well as experience leaks which is never fun to deal with (the amount of ruined pjs is insane). Now I have my modibodi’s I’m much more comfortable, leak free AND helping the environment. Granted it’s a bit more work to rinse them out after wearing, however totally worth it as I know I don’t have to worry about leakage on seats or in bed!

“Working long hours i needed something that wouldnt leak and these did the trick.I gave it 4 stars because on my heaviest day even though there was no leakage I was aware of the smell slightly and was hoping I wouldn't experience this. I still used tampons throughout the day but I am confident that the uncomfy, itchy pads are now well behind me. ☺️”
