“I was pretty skeptical about this product when i first bought it to try it out due to the mixed reviews and also how everyone's idea of a 'heavy' or 'light' period is pretty different. Either way, i feel like i have a fairly heavy flow on my first two days - i tend to leak at least once every other month after wearing the most absorbent night time pads during the day! So i thought id give these a try - i cautiously wore a pair of these for 8hrs on day one, and another pair for 8hrs on day two, TOTALLY leak free! they are super comfortable, just feels like thick cotton - much better than the discomfort of pads or tampons. barely ever get the 'wet' feeling, and if you do its just because of a sudden heavy flow which dries out pretty quickly! washing these out is super easy, i just hand wash them rather than wasting a cold wash just for a couple pairs. i've seen some complaints about smells even after washing, this is something ive not experienced after washing mine out (albeit only once per pair) - i still used very gentle products to retain the material and the smell washed right out with it. it takes a while to air dry (which i expected since the material is pretty thick) so i dont mind that. I'll keep an eye out for how durable they are in the future but so far i have no complaints and would definitely recommend to others!”
